JK is short form of JianKang, Means Health in Chinese. To get health,  the inside Taichi must be harmonize with the Taichi outside our body. "+" means that we need to modify our behaviors including feelings to  to be harmonize with outside Taichi. the outline opposite J forms a simple Taichi image .in brief, harmonize ourself with the universe, inside balance and outside balance,then we can be healthy.
